Some artists really know how to have fun! Canada-based visual artist Ingrid Dabringer uses acrylic paint to create these playful characters on boring maps. This is a great example of taking something ordinary and making it extraordinary... It reminds of the "ImagineNations" artistic globes by Wendy Gold.
The human imagination is seemingly limitless.
