Hershey's Miniatures redesigned

Doing business with a purpose is what our all time favorite chocolate company is achieving with simple design solutions. Hershey's iconic Miniatures have recently had its packaging revamped to a more modern look, the new packaging is also a step toward sustainability. The wrapper had its weight reduced by 0.05 grams, which may seem like nothing at all, but in a year, saves more that 271,800 pounds of wrappers.




According to Laura Renaud from The Hershey's Company, several packaging sustainability projects have taken place (175 across 3 countries) over the past 5 years, saving 14 million pounds of packaging material.
