She's 9 and she's talented! A few months ago I mentioned on twitter that i wanted to feature a young artist with a passion for drawing on AnnaLikes, i was referring to Nathalia Khawand. This young lady started taking drawing lessons with my good friend Nour to improve her skills, and i remember Nour telling me how very impressed she was with Nathalia's eye for details, understanding of perspective and color. Here's a small preview of her portfolio!

And here's what Nathalia has to say:
"My name is Nathalia and I'm 9 years old. I love to draw with my teacher Nour, I like her she's very talented
and without her I wouldn't draw that good. I like drawing because it's the best time to use our imagination,
to have fun with colours, and to see things right. I also like drawing
because I can choose my own style and I can spend as much time as I
like. Oh, and my favourite medium is pastel. It's fun to learn with Nour, in our lessons we always laugh. When I
started, I thought that it was hard, but it was pretty easy."

Wow, she seems quite cool, and it will be interesting to follow her works. Hopefully she won't forget the fantastic world of drawing as many grown ups do - including myself :( But with those skills I doubt she will.
