City of Shadows

Eerie but beautiful. These photographs were taken by Alexey Titarenko in the most darkest of times. The Soviet Union had just collapsed, he "saw people on the verge of insanity and confusion" and described them as worn out shadows. He believed then that he could make time stand still by changing the camera's shutter speed to create these interesting shots.

My favorite of the series
