Bubble Brains

I'd love to see something like this done in our marinas or any of our beaches here! I think they're hilarious... How funny would it coming across one of these in the middle of the sea? These ones were created by Berlin-based street art collective, Mentalgassi, for the 5th Getxophoto festival in Spain.
