You may have heard of Benjamin Lacombe, one of the best illustrators out there today. The very talented French artist is best known for his top selling children's book "Cherry and Olive", appointed by Time magazine in 2007. Below is some of his illustrations for various projects. They're dark and very reminiscent of Burton's world.
