Crackle

Designed by Coll-Barreu Arquitectos, the Basque Health Department building looks exceptional! The striking facade is a shell of glass placed at irregular angles, creating folds that generate multiple reflections and changing appearances depending on where your standing and what time it is and what season it is. The facade is not only aesthetically beautiful but it is also energy efficient by insultating heat and allowing the maximum natural light in.
