"A Matter of Taste"

Fulvio Bonavia who has recently been named Photographer of the Year by Mobius Awards, published a book in 2008, "A Matter of Taste" and with "Food for Fashion" theme in mind he developed conceptual photographs, previewed below. Fulvio made models from food for each shot with his own hands. Unfortunately, his creations were short-lived. But it was nice to know that the items captured in these photographs are the work of human hands, and not of Photoshop!
